As can been observed above, our blog deals with Chinese Martial Arts movies, specifically in the realm of Kung Fu. The movies which we will be viewing and then blogging about will have some element of Chinese Kung Fu in them and they will be Chinese made movies. Now we will all say a little something about ourselves so that you can get to know us.
Hi, my name is Mike Carman. I am a senior Life Science/Chemistry Education major at Malone University where I am also an RA in one of the residence halls on campus. Some of the movies that I enjoy watching are many of the Marvel Comic book movies as well as just about any comedy that Robin Williams is in. Some of my hobbies include: spending time with my girlfriend, reading, watching movies, hanging out with friends, working, and taking care of my 4 fish.
ReplyDeleteHi I'm Laura Russell! I am an Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy major at Malone University. Whether it's football in my backyard, hiking in the Alaskan mountains, or a simple paintball game in the woods with my friends, I love being outside and active. My favorite place in the world is on the back of my horse, Sweet Pea. I love a good story. My favorite movies are based in history about real people and/or real events. Some of those movies include: The Patriot, Black Hawk Down, Apollo 13, and Titanic. However, I do love a good Disney movie too! I mean, honestly, who doesn't?

I enjoy watching movies from many different genres. My favorite genres however, are action and comedy. A few of my hobbies are working out, playing basketball and being with friends.

ReplyDeleteHi everyone! I am Mike Giles and i am a Bible and Theology major with a minor in Youth Ministry. I am a big movie fan and enjoy watching films for all they're worth. I also enjoy hiking, discovering new music, and spending time with others. Some of my favorite movies include: Dead Poets Society, Catch Me if You Can, O Brother Where Art Thou?, Across The Universe, and the first Muppet Movie (don't laugh at me its a classic).
